The location was very convenient. It was close to the train station and bus terminal. Staff were helpful, especially one receptionist named Mohamed. Towels were changed daily, that was nice.

The building is older and lacks air conditioning. My window faced a very busy, loud street. Only one window opened making it hard to cool the room even at night.

i found the location very convenient near the main train station! lots of food options were close by, too. the staff was kind enough to wait for me, as my travel day was long. i appreciated their thoughtfulness after such a tiring journey.

i noticed a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. it was a bit overpowering at times.

unprofessional staff

honestly, the check-in process was a joke. i had to buzz and ring, and someone finally showed up who barely spoke a word of english. it was a total mess and felt completely unprofessional. plus, the room description online didn't match what i actually got. what a scam.
